01 // Acceptance & Eligibility

By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on hocuscrocus.in (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, please refrain from accessing the website or utilizing our services.

To place an order or create a checkout session, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the express supervision and consent of a legal parent or guardian.

02 // Boutique Nature & Limited Drops

HOCUS CROCUS is an exclusive label curating strictly imported clothing articles, heavyweight fabrics, and limited luxury streetwear.

• Limited Quantities: Each collection is manufactured in strictly capped editions. Once a drop sells out, restocks are not guaranteed.
• Heavyweight Fabric Nuances: Our articles feature custom high-GSM cotton knits and imported blends. Due to specialized garment dyeing and wash treatments, subtle shade variances between dye lots are natural hallmarks of artisanal construction.
• Sizing & Silhouette: Our cuts generally feature modern oversized or boxy silhouettes. We strongly advise checking the detailed centimeter/inch size charts on each product page before ordering.

03 // Pricing, Taxes & Currency

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of all applicable Indian Goods and Services Tax (GST).

We reserve the right to modify prices or promotional discounts at any time without prior notice. In the event a product is inadvertently listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or server error, we reserve the right to cancel or refund any orders placed at the erroneous price prior to dispatch.

04 // Orders, Verification & Fraud Prevention

Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to: product unavailability, suspicion of fraudulent activity, automated bot orders, or unauthorized commercial reselling.

05 // Shipping & Risk of Loss

All orders are dispatched via trusted third-party couriers (such as Bluedart and Delhivery). Delivery timelines displayed on our Shipping Policy are realistic estimates and may occasionally be influenced by regional weather or courier operational constraints.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon successful delivery of the package by the courier to the shipping address provided at checkout.

06 // Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

We provide a comprehensive 7-Day Returns & Exchanges Policy. Exchanges for size adjustments are free of charge for the first swap.

Cancellation Window: You may cancel an order within 4 hours of placement by contacting our concierge on WhatsApp or email. Once a parcel has been picked up by the courier and assigned an Airway Bill, the order cannot be cancelled mid-transit and must be received and processed via our regular return protocol.

All content, trademarks, wordmarks ("HOCUS CROCUS"), garment graphic artworks, product photography, lookbooks, and site design are the exclusive property of HOCUS CROCUS Studio and protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. Reproduction, imitation, or redistribution without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

08 // Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HOCUS CROCUS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site or purchase of any products. In any case, our maximum total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific article giving rise to the claim.
